Now this is easier said than done. It takes time and courage to face the calcified beliefs that we hold near and dear to our heart. It takes a leap of faith to accept the idea that maybe we don’t know everything about our situation and maybe there are other ways to approach the tasks at hand.
You began this journey of re-evaluation last week, and you’ve already seen some changes. But the deeper you dig, the more persistent and stubborn those beliefs are going to get, and the harder they will be to route out of your system. Don’t give up. The rewards are worth the effort.
Throughout the week, ask yourself the following questions:
- How do I benefit from holding on to my limiting beliefs?
- How can I look at my situation from a different perspective?
- Where am I giving away my power?
- Where am I playing the victim?
- Who am I refusing to forgive, and why?
- What would happen if I let go of old pains, feuds and disappointments?
- What would I do if I knew I could not fail?
You’ve made a good start, and you’ve accomplished quite a bit. There’s still more work to do, and you are the only one who can do it. Stay focused, stay motivated, and you will see amazing results.
