How much of your anxiety is based on actual events, and how much on your imagined fears and expectations? As much as you want to push forward and fix everything, now is the time to slow down, take stock, and separate what is real from what is imagined. Remember, no person’s opinion will ever supersede your own truth. Let go of what you don’t need so that you will have strength to deal with the real issues at hand. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
