It’s time to put the worrying behind, at least for a little while. Your mind, exhausted from the State of Things, is in conflict with your body, which just wants to Get Things Done.
It’s time to slow down your thoughts, slow down your body, and accept the fact that you are right where you are supposed to be. Your soul knows exactly what it’s doing, even if your mind and body are at odds with each other.
Take some time this week to get out of your own way and let the wisdom of your quiet self take the wheel. There is a time and place for thoughts, action, and movement. There is also a time and place for patience, gratitude, and understanding.
If you can, stop what you’re doing and let yourself revel in the goodness life has given you. It may be hard to find, especially if you are accustomed to living in the realm of crisis and problem-solving. Even the most exceptionally challenging life has its moments of ultimate beauty.
Now is the time to let your sensitive soul experience the beauty and abundance of this world. This will give you strength and courage for the time when you must once again pick up your burden and move forward.
